大山脚巴刹后巷肉骨茶（协丰茶餐室）

槟城到处都有卖肉骨茶， 但好吃的有哪几间？

N年前的今天， 屋外下着倾盆大雨，窝内异常寒冷，这种天气令我 突然想吃肉骨茶，来暖和我的心。

曾经有位友人向我极力推荐大山脚巴刹后巷的协丰茶餐室。住在槟岛的我， 大约用了35分钟到达目的地。Here is the location

听老板说，他在这里卖了整整有二十年，是间老子号。这里的肉骨茶煮法好特别，老板坚持使用传统的方法，那就是用火炭来焖煮砂锅里的肉骨茶，好考功夫， 时间和火候都须拿捏得准确。

这家的肉骨茶味道特别香浓，特别是汤底，很浓郁，显示老板很用心煮，令人回味无穷， 用料也毫不吝啬， 有排骨， 猪脚，三层肉， 肉丸等等。价钱特别公道， 两人只收RM14。 加汤没有额外收费。
